This backyard wedding left me feeling so full of joy. The amount of love that was there this day was so apparent. Jael and Cody had a small wedding with their closest friends and family there to celebrate. This day was such a great reminder of what a wedding should be. It should be centered around the bride & groom, filled with moments of relaxation & enjoyment and overall, about love and the start of a new chapter of two people's life. This was the perfect way to celebrate this new journey as Mr. & Mrs. Parker. Also fun fact about this day, they aimed to have everything be upcycled or recycled and not to purchase anything new. They did this by using some of the flowers from her mom's garden, a new to her wedding dress from Something Old, Something New Boutique and decorations being given to them! Also the dinner ware was compostable and sustainable. This was a very unique concept to have on a wedding day and one I really loved! It isn't unusal to come out of a wedding day with a large amount of waste and how Jael & Cody planned their day, they were able to minimize waste! Overall, this day was perfect and I could go on and on about how perfect it was but I think the photos will give you a little peak into this beauitful June wedding.
