BEN + TOBRUK // INDUSTRIAL STYLED BOISE, ID WEDDING

I mentioned in this couple's pre-wedding shoot that my relation to Tob is that she was my high school cheer coach. And being apart of this wedding day blessed me beyond belief. Tobruk was a very influential person in my life during the teen years and being able to capture her with the love of her life was one of those moments in my career where I thought to myself "This is what its all about. These are the moments I love."

Another aspect of this wedding that stood out to me was that Tobruk really rallied the people in her life to make this day happen. Here's a little list from what I was able to observe...

Having another one of her past cheerleaders and now close friend do all the calligraphy touches for the wedding (https://www.instagram.com/teagan.calligraphy/), to having another one of her BSU cheerleaders construct the beautiful wooden backdrop for the ceremony (https://www.instagram.com/clintcliffordcarpentry/), to having her other BSU cheer gals help with the cocktail hour, to having her high school friend play music for the wedding & cocktail hour ( https://www.facebook.com/brandonpritchettmusic/), to having one of her other cheer girls do the cake & cupcakes for the wedding (https://www.instagram.com/karramiles/) and having her close friends be her wedding planners.

And that is just the list off the top of my head and I know I missed other little bits of the personal touches that were added to this day. What I love about all of this is that everyone had a role for the wedding day and was able to help make this day come to life.

One of my favorite moments from this day was during the ceremony, Tobruk's brothers (the officiants) handed the mic to family members to speak about their love for the couple as well as pieces of advice for them as they embark on this new chapter of their lives.

If you can't tell, this day blessed me and left a mark on my heart. Normally double header wedding weekends are overwhelming and tiring but this weekend filled with Gabi & Brock + Tob & Ben's wedding left me excited and full of energy because of the love and memories that I was able to capture.

Now Tob and Ben, you two enjoy your life together. Drink lots of tequila when needed, cheer each other on at all times and never let your fun, crazy personalities die out because your love is seriously one in a million. This is your year!
